You Will
- Take pride in your work and be very thorough
- Be reliable and responsive
- Be of a good nature, calm and able to receive and provide feedback
- Be passionate about eco-friendly living (or be willing to learn)
- Have at least 1-year cleaning experience
- Have up to date DBS check (could be obtained by clicking here for £25)
- Have your own means of transport/are able to get around the city and remote locations
We Will
- Provide you with full training in eco-friendly cleaning
- Provide further tips & advice as you become part of our eco-friendly community
- Pay a competitive rate between £12.50-£16ph
- Provide help and advice for self employment
- Provide flexible working hours
- Work with a mature approach - we will treat you as an equal and not micro-manage.

As a member of Brighton’s Living Wage Campaign, we pay our sub-contractors the real Living Wage instead of the government’s national minimum, so when using our services you can be assured that everyone we work with is paid fairly.
Our usual interview process:
- Casual telephone call
- Meeting in person
- Fully paid trial clean / 1st part of training
